Andy has worked in every facet of the auction business from running day-to-day operations for the previous family auction business to serving as the lead auctioneer.
Mr. O’Neal has a B.S. from University of Delaware, a Master’s Degree from Wilmington University, and has a Doctorate of Education Degree from Liberty University.
